Kimberly is a veteran human resources and operations professional where she has led global teams to strengthen business objectives while creating an inclusive culture grounded in learning and fueled by teamwork. She has lead workforce transformation strategies through high-growth, acquisitions, and other key pivotal organizational changes. Currently, Kimberly Cassady is the Chief People Officer at MX. In this role, she works with team members to empower the world to be financially strong. She is backed by a strong support team of human resource professionals ranging from Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Experience. Kimberly also serves on the Advisory Board for PledgLA.org, an organization that works with tech companies and venture capital firms to build diversity in the tech sector across Los Angeles. Prior to MX, she was the Chief Talent Officer for Cornerstone OnDemand for nearly 10 years. Prior to that she held human resources leadership roles at Galileo Processing and spent more than 10 years in human resources and manufacturing leadership at Valassis. Kimberly holds a Master’s in Business Administration, from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Utah and a Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova.
