Working as both an employee and business owner in the challenging high growth environment for almost 25 years has allowed me to develop a wealth of diverse experiences and capabilities. These environment have almost all been organic growth with experience in startup, young and established environments. I thoroughly enjoy the process of creating scalable business environments, utilizing technology to provide efficiency and to differentiate ourselves from our competitors, and providing process and procedure to provide a high quality and consistent product. I have had a great deal of success in the high growth environments in a wide variety of industries including commercial construction, residential construction, chemical and distribution. I am proud to say that everywhere I have been has achieved significantly above average growth and above average profitability.
