New Vista, AF Capital and AirFinance. AF Capital provides export credit, project, working capital, supply chain and development financing to companies looking to access government-supported investment capital. AirFinance, an affiliate of AF Capital, provides government-backed financing to aerospace companies and their customers. New Vista Capital is an investment platform focused on emerging technologies in aerospace and defense, space and communications, and logistics and transportation. Previously, Kirsten was Hawker Beechcraft's VP, Strategy, Corporate Development & Structured Finance where she was responsible for strategy, strategic partnerships, M&A, and sales financing. At HBC, she spend much of her time focused on growth in Asia Pacific. Before that, Kirsten was a co-founder, board member and CFO of XOJET, a next-generation fleet operators that was eventually sold to Vistajet. As CFO, Kirsten oversaw the financial and strategic initiatives including equity, debt and aircraft financing for a rapidly growing fleet and was responsible for raising more than $2 billion. Prior to XOJET, Kirsten worked in private equity, investment banking and capital markets. She was a partner at the San Francisco based private equity firm, Alpine Investors and before that, Kirsten was with JPMorgan Partners/Hambrecht & Quist Ventures, where she invested in technology companies and startups. Kirsten began her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she worked in firm's investment banking division and then later in capital markets. Kirsten received a BA, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania where she was a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, and an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business (GSB). Kirsten currently serves on the board of French American Foundation and the National Business Aviation Associations Advisory Council.
