Kirsten Bethmann is a passionate and multifaced HR leader who celebrates 10 years with Mars and has worked in various HR and communications roles with a focus on Employer Reputation, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. At Mars, Kirsten globally heads-up the Employer Reputation team and is responsible for all elements of Mars’ Employer Reputation including the global Employer Value Proposition strategy and deployment with digital and talent marketing strategies and programs. Kirsten holds a post-graduate degree (Master) in Multimedia Communications. She’s known for her collaborative working style and her passion for creating a work environment in which everyone can thrive.
