I’m a design practitioner passionate about creating a positive and meaningful impact through design. My background is in architecture, where I first experienced designing for people, but a short stint in customer service inspired my passion and curiosity for solving tricky user problems. I have worked for over a decade in different digital consultancies to deliver end-to-end experiences for Singapore and Australia’s government and private sectors. I am most passionate about collaborating with diverse teams to create experiences with empathy, equity, and inclusivity in mind.
