Bio

I'm a passionate and results-driven senior executive with a solid reputation for achieving corporate growth targets. In my career, I have a proven record of broad and successful international leadership in the highly competitive automotive and other industries. People characterize me as a hands-on general management leader with an open and honest leadership style, effective at developing and motivating teams to accelerate and achieve outstanding results not only on paper but also in practice. Via deep human basic behavior, I can motivate and bring my team to a new, and higher level. My personal goal is to develop a team and people who have ‘outgrown their present ‘to a higher level. The recognition of improved corporate- and product identity of my team, are for me signs of the effectiveness of my work. I like to build up things, to make it ours. Where people are proud of being a part of it.
