Co-founded and acted as Managing Partner of Zubr Capital, led relationship with EBRD, as the key investor in Zubr Capital Fund I. Prior to that, as VP of Strategic Development oversaw the growth of Atlant-M from 300 mln. to 2 bn. USD revenue and 30 portfolio companies, including investments in Banking, Telecom and IT sector. Executed multiple PE/VC and M&A transactions, lead the IPO practice in Zubr Capital. Special interests are in B2B Saas, Software Engineering, Cloud & IT Services, AI & Big Data.
