I am a President of Technology of KBank and a Chairman of Kasikorn Business Technology Group - a tech arm of KBank in charge of overall IT, Technology, AI/ML/Data Analytics, and tech-driven innovation of KBank with > 2,000 FTEs under my direct management and annual technology budget of 300 M USD. . Through KBTG Transformation, we have doubled our IT delivery throughouts, increased our productivity by 21,000 Mandays, expanded into China (KTech ) and Vietnam (KBTG Vietnam ) and delivered several innovations at scale such as Khunthong with > 1.1 M users and first product of Thailand to win Red Dot Award in Mobile UX/UI category, Make ( 1 M users and first product in Thailand to win UX Design Award from Germany ), Thai NLP which saved over 300,000 hours of customer's waiting time, AI for auto appraisal and claim and many more. KBTG also scaled from 1,100 people to 2,000 people and won Best Company To Work For in Thailand and Asia (Fintech/Tech category) for 3 consecutive years with +10% employee engagement and 6% lower attrition than industry average. KBTG execs won #1, #4 and top 25 ASEAN CIO/CTO by IDG. We also launched 2 new companies to explore web 3 space - Kubix (1st bank to obtain ICO license and 1st successful ICO deal - Destiny Token ), KX and KXVC which invested specifically in top blockchain and web 3/ deeptech startups globally. . I am also a Founding Partner of 500 TukTuks, Orzon Ventures and Strombreaker Ventures which have ~ 200 M USD in AUM. I am early investor in FinAccel (1.5 Billion USD unicorn) ,Opn/Omise (unicorn), and other unicorn and soonicorns such as Carsome (1.6 Billion USD unicorn ), Darwinbox (unicorn), Pomelo, Neuron, TrustIQ, Funding Societies, and leading startups such as Finnomena, Freshket, Giztix, Conicle, Globish, etc. I also founded Disrupt which is the first and largest startup and innovation in Thailand which trained and graduated over 1,000 founders and innovators and we also invested and incubated 17 Edtech startups such as OpenDurian, Vonder, Concile, Vulcan Coalition, etc. . In Silicon Valley, I worked with Google in its head quarter as Global Lead Marketing Manager of Google Earth and Quantitative Marketing Manager of Google (Asia Regional lead ). Before Google, I was a consultant at McKinsey&Company and Investment Manager at a 1 Billion USD Private Equity fund. .
