I am an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst with a demonstrated history of preparing requirements, testing, and installing various software platforms in the healthcare IT industry. Skilled in Business Processes, Analytical and Critical Thinking, SCRUM, SQL, Jira, Confluence, the Software Development Life Cycle, and Troubleshooting. In my current role, my time is spent meeting with stakeholders and end-users to understand the business process in order to write thoroughly researched user stories and acceptance criteria. Communicating requirements to developers, QA testing, Sprint Review presentations, documentation, and Production Support troubleshooting are also important aspects of my job. Having over 9 years of experience as a developer has enabled me to communicate effectively with developers as well as brainstorm better solutions with business requirements and technical issues.
