Work should be great. I hope to make a difference in others’ lives by creating happy and rewarding work experiences. I am a passionate and skilled HR executive with 15 years’ experience in hi tech, high growth companies across the automotive and financial services verticals. I have been successful as a trusted people and culture strategist, advisor and business partner to the C-Suite, including CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s and CTO’s. I am an innovative and creative problem solver with well-developed leadership skills, and I enjoy operating as the “player/coach”. I didn't coin the phrase ''work doesn't need to suck'' but it's a sentiment I wholeheartedly believe. We spend so much of our time at work, it has to be more than just a pay cheque.
