Co-founder and Creative Director at Bird & Blend Tea Co. over the last 10 years I have been responsible for building our innovative, award-winning and customer centric brand from scratch. I have developed our retail strategy, growing our high street portfolio to 14 destination sites (and counting) that all deliver exceptional experiences that keep our customers hanging out with us. I also head up our Brand Teams, covering NPD, marketing, partnerships, PR, ecommerce & growth. Discovering & developing awesome talent is a passion of mine & I am incredibly proud of the empowered working environment I foster. We have grown every year so far & have big growth plans to become the categories leading premium tea company - growing the team around me is a big priority so drop me a line if you think you'd like a seat on the bus (even if you're not sure what seat that might be yet!). I undertake varied consultancy work in FMCG, ecommerce & marketing as well as crowdfunding and sit on speakers panels/deliver keynote seminars. My particular passion topics are starting and running/growing a start up, experiential retail (and the future of the highstreet) / omnichannel, building a customer centric brand and supporting women in business.Myself and my team of Tea Mixologists are also available for corporate or charity events and regularly take our Tea Mixology and blending workshops as well as our Tea Cocktail bar on the road.
