With over 20 years’ experience in the data center industry, Kristen brings a unique skill of team building, program management and process optimization globally to GLP Operations. Kristen's background includes Energy, Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Technology within enterprise and entrepreneurial companies. With many years of international leadership in the high-growth mission critical sector, he brings the expertise needed to combine deep industry knowledge with accelerated team building practices. A Dutch native, Kristen has been working internationally building teams for over a decade in NA, EMEA, Asia, and South America. He has worked with executives with leading Data Center Companies including wholesale, colocation, T-com/fiber, enterprise, engineering, construction, and operators. Prior to joining GLP, Kristen led all Operations for Salute Mission Critical running over 850MW of Data Center capacity, 500+ technicians who operate in 12 countries, 33 states, and in 6 languages daily.
