PAR was started more than 40 years ago on the kitchen table of my childhood home. Now a mother of three young children myself, I am proud to say PAR is a world-wide leading assessment publisher that provides people insights in the areas of mental health, learning, career guidance, and human performance. Most recently, we created InVista, the best-in-class talent assessment division of PAR, which focuses on assisting organizations with hiring and retaining talent through the power of assessment.

As the second-generation leader of this company, everything I do is still guided by our founding principle that people come first. PAR and its amazing team support more than 70 worthwhile organizations throughout the community each year.
