Bio

My background consists of over 25 years in the transportation industry which began when I was right out of high school. I started my career in logistics as an intermodal dispatcher at a 3PL, then quickly fast-tracked into working in as many roles as possible to understand the inner workings of a successful operation. I founded Knichel Logistics with my father and siblings in April of 2003, where I led the operations team for 10 years. In 2007, I took over as President and CEO of Knichel Logistics from my father, William Knichel. In 2009, I became an owner and majority stakeholder of Knichel Logistics. My proudest accomplishment is the family atmosphere I've worked to create for my team members and the continued growth and success of my company. Today my focus is on expanding Knichel Logistics' footprint in the logistics industry and providing my team members with the opportunity for growth and self-improvement. I currently reside in Grove City with my husband Jason and son Brayden. I'm also an avid Steelers fan and enjoy spending time with family and friends on camping trips.
