Bio

I'm the Technical Product Owner for Secret Server at Thycotic. I work with our developers to innovate and maintain our products, keeping a customer-centric focus on delivering our vision. I have a deep understanding of our products, helping the customer to realise the potential available to them. I have a diagnostic approach to problem solving and raise my team's knowledge with ad hoc training when appropriate. Techie by day, techie by night. I use my systems at home to generate content online, sharing my gaming and experiences with my online community.
