I am a Director of Technical Product Marketing at HashiCorp, specializing in DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure management. With over a decade of experience in the industry, I have spoken at over fifty conferences and events worldwide, sharing my knowledge and expertise with audiences from different cultures and backgrounds. I started my career as a student intern at Indiana University's Department of Medicine, working my way up to become a senior systems engineer. After that, I worked as a senior virtualization administrator at Salesforce, which came through an acquisition of ExactTarget. Later, I was a Senior Technical Marketing Architect for VMware's R&D group focused on vSphere, and later VMware Cloud on AWS. I have demonstrated a passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed throughout my career. As a leader for the VMware User Group for more than five years, I have connected with and inspired others in the industry. In addition, I have acted as a technical reviewer for several books, including Mastering VMware vSphere 6 and Mastering PowerCLI. I hold a degree in Computer Technology from Purdue University. I am recognized as Microsoft MVP, though I have also been recognized as a Cisco Champion, Dell EMC Elect, and VMware vExpert. At HashiCorp, I have held multiple positions, starting as a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, focusing on Terraform and Packer, and now serving as a Director of Technical Product Marketing across all the product lines. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about startups and their culture. I have been fortunate to work with some of the most innovative companies in the industry, including ExactTarget and HashiCorp. I am dedicated to staying on top of emerging trends and technologies in the industry, and I am committed to using my knowledge and expertise to help organizations achieve their goals.
