I help people work from anywhere by coaching and advising teams and organisations on remote work. I've been working remotely since 2014 and I'm convinced that people worldwide can benefit from this lifestyle (because yes, it's more than just work)! So I've made it my mission to enable distributed teams to cultivate a successful remote working culture that will empower them to work from anywhere. I split my time between my role as Head of Culture & Collaboration at MURAL and facilitating online workshops on remote collaboration (using MURAL, of course...). Remote work is my jam and my experience in distributed teams has been key in bringing a ''remote first'' approach and culture within MURAL's teams. I've covered extensive research on Remote Design Thinking and helped create the Remote Starter Kit in 2017 (voted #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt) before the entire world was forced into it by a global pandemic. My background in UX design has led me to believe that every experience should be frictionless, relevant and intuitive. Whether I'm redesigning an onboarding journey or creating a new workshop, I'm guided by the principles of design thinking to create products and services that add value to the people who interact with them.
