My journey in the hospitality and tourism management field started at birth. As a Georgian, hosting is a part of my culture, so I’ve decided to become a professional in it. In 2018 I was awarded a Fulbright scholarship and spent 2 years in the United States. I have 10+ years of experience in customer relations within the tourism and entertainment industry. Currently, I am leading the business development in North America for Hybrid Interaction while pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of South Carolina.
