Award-winning Energy Executive experienced in working across the Energy industry value chain in several geographies. Co-founder & board co-chair of Lean-in Equity & Sustainability, an independent gender diversity and inclusion initiative under the LeanIn.Org umbrella. With over 22 years of working across the energy industry value chain and geographies, and currently sits on the World Economic Forum - Global Future Council for Energy Transition and the Board of Equitable Origin. Equitable Origin is a non-profit that partners with businesses, communities and government to support the transparent, equitable, and sustainable development of energy and natural resources. Passionate about the growing focus on the social aspect of the Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) factors for measuring sustainability and the societal impact of an investment in a company or business and currently the Chair of Governing Board at The Howard Partnership Trust, a UK Surrey-based Multi-Academy Trust comprising four secondary, six primary, and three special schools.
