I am an experienced and award-winning Solutions Consultant and Sales Engineer. During my tenure at LiveVox, I have consulted/engineered on LiveVox’s biggest deal in history and won multiple awards as Solution Consultant of the year. I am passionate about CCaaS technology and learning how the industry continues to evolve. I am a highly curious and creative individual that is excellent at problem-solving and using logical reasoning. In addition to my technical background, I am even better at using interpersonal skills to build relationships and trusted partnerships. I am passionate about teaching my peers, prospects, and clients how to carry out technical tasks and operate their most complex products – in a relatable and easy to understand manner.
