Bio

I am currently the technical lead for Azure Programmable Connectivity. Highlights from my previous life as an academic and researcher include being named an ACM Distinguished Member and receiving a SIGOPS Hall of Fame Award. Papers I've co-authored have been cited over 9,500 times. During the early pandemic, I also volunteered with WANotify.org and served as the technical lead for Washington State's adoption of Apple/Google Exposure Notifications.
