I've just finished my PhD in Language and Communication, where I researched the language work of UX writers, including its broader social and cultural consequences. Previously, I worked in UX, focussing on content and communications. In this context, I have an avid interest in UX writing/content design, information architecture, UX research and, more broadly, design in both micro and macro contexts.
