An engineer by degree, with strong media skills and a deep understanding of the digital, Zeichhardt first build a career in packaging, before joining the family owned and operated LAT Group (lat.de), and hence the mobility sector. She fosters innovation in construction e.g. through automating processes with robotics, using the mFUND research initiative of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport. As a board member of Gütegemeinschaft Leitungstiefbau she is devoted to excellent quality in broadband expansion. She is a member of the Supervisory Board of Berliner Wasserbetriebe, on the Board of Trustees of the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin), in the general committee of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Berlin (CCI Berlin) and an active member of several initiatives including Women in Mobility, Women in Robotics and IEEE. Zeichhardt promotes diversity, the use of data to solve problems (KI, AI). She promotes intermodal mobility concepts and regularly shares her expertise in digitized railroad infrastructure as a keynote lecturer at international summits such as UMD (smartcity-dialogues.com). She initiated the InnoTrans LadiesLunch (now WiM InnoTrans Luncheon) to promote more diversity in transport. Co-Author of @Zukunftsrepublik with strong views on the relevance of skilled workforce and tradesmanship, @Disrupting Minds promotes her key notes on New Work (#entscheidungsmut) and Diversity.
