There’s never been a better time to work in HR. We’re in chapter one of a new world of work, driven by the pandemic and the ripple effects it has had on where, when, and how we work. We’re retiring industrial era concepts of work and have a once in a generation opportunity to truly create something new. My personal mission is accelerating innovation in HR. I support that in a range of ways from my HR executive search, connecting and developing the next generation of people leaders, editorial projects, and open source initiatives.
