Hello, I’m Laura, an immersive director bringing daydreams to life, crafting and directing AR/VR experiences. I work with brands to bring social AR campaigns to life. I’ve grown my TikTok community (@lauragouillon) to over 780k+ followers by expressing my vivid curiosity and imagination through AR filters, comedy, and cinematic storytelling. I've collaborated on creative campaigns with brands including Prime Video, Sony Pictures, Coach, Warner Music, Uber, TikTok, Adobe, WEBTOON, Genshin Impact, Amazon, Weight Watchers, and have been featured by groups including TikTok, Mashable, TechCrunch, Lenslist, Her Campus, and XR Today. As a product manager, I formerly worked cross-functionally with design and engineering teams at Unity, Felix & Paul Studios, Microsoft, Facebook, and Autodesk, to build immersive products ranging from mobile AR creation for Gen Z creators (Unity’s Gum) to 3D VR space capture pipelines for astronauts (Felix & Paul Studios’ ISS Experience). I turned down a Harvard education to pursue a full-tuition merit scholarship at the University of Southern California, studying computer science and immersive filmmaking. This has been one of the best decisions of my life so far. At USC, I secured funding to film, direct, and build several cinematic VR experiences featuring spatial-audio gaze-based interactivity, including “TelepathyVR” and “You’re Dead. Continue?”.
