I am a project finance attorney specializing in renewable energy transactions. I represent developers/sponsors, lenders and investors in connection with the acquisition/sale, development, construction, financing and operation of wind (onshore and offshore), solar and other renewable energy projects. I have experience managing all aspects of these projects, including drafting and negotiating project documents, purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements, tax equity agreements and joint venture agreements.
