I am the Founder of Factor 8, The Sales Bar, and #GirlsClub, and I'm on a mission to help more people feel confident and successful at work. After spending nearly 20 years launching and leading Inside Sales organizations around the World, I started Factor 8 to help solve the problems I kept seeing: Sales reps lacking confidence selling virtually and sales managers untrained to succeed at their new jobs. I went on a mission to find strategies and tactics that would helps people be successful sooner - boosting confidence and results. And listen, when people feel successful at work, the whole World improves. I'm proud that Factor 8 has been recognized with multiple industry awards, but I'm prouder that our clients keep coming back and recommending us. And I'm proudest that we have a team of incredible humans passionate about changing lives one success story at a time. They are my family. A few years ago, I started a second business and passion project called #GirlsClub. We are dedicated to changing the face of sales by helping more women and underrepresented people earn leadership positions. I know what it's like to feel unprepared in front-line management, and to lack confidence among my peers. #GirlsClub is proud to be part of over 250 promotions (and counting) through our annual certification cohorts. My favorite thing to do lately is public speaking on topics of sales, leadership, or women in sales. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with my ''Irish twin'' boys & enjoying water sports on the Colorado river. I'm addicted to yoga and pilates but not as much as I enjoy cold beer and plane outbound to an adventure.
