I am a multi-faceted IT engineer with a successful history of developing innovative solutions and evangelizing their use throughout a global enterprise. This experience includes the development of use cases, capital budget justifications, the cultivation of partner relationships, and coaching others in the end-products’ use. I am well-suited for any IT role requiring objective analysis, innovation, and a “fail forward” attitude. I have a diverse technical background in network, web design and development, development of automation tools, database/data warehouse design and maintenance and data integration and analysis. In previous roles I have been tasked with evaluating, implementing and utilizing data analysis and monitoring systems for infrastructure monitoring, user behavior analysis, event correlation, incident troubleshooting and fault analysis, addressing security concerns, capacity planning and improvement of processes. I worked with a best in class international technology team to first identify company and client needs and then to implement iterative analysis and monitoring solutions. Our goal was to enable end to end monitoring with an ultimate goal of refining processes to further reduce costly down time and to facilitate the alignment of IT with business needs and requirements. Most recently I worked with a small, agile team in the Professional Services department to design and build the Idealbot virtual assistant for Startek. The end goal was to create a tool for the Professional Services and Sales departments and to provide a template for roll out of client Idealbot solutions.
