I act in a wide range of transactional matters in the construction and engineering sectors. This includes drafting and negotiating contract documents for principals, contractors, financiers, consultants, and suppliers in relation to infrastructure projects, as well as both commercial and residential developments. I also act for clients in relation to contentious project administration and advice, including assisting clients through litigation, arbitration, mediation or other ADR process.
