Bio

Hello, my name is Leigh, and I'm a habitual learner. I believe in building people. I believe building things for people is the only way to produce systems that matter. I've developed a lot of software that does operations stuff, and I trust the power of a well-directed team. I'm now pretty good with containers and currently contribute to kubernetes and related projects. My greatest privilege is the opportunity to help others do some of the same. I consider helping others to learn and become excellent to be among the most impactful ways to spend time. My ideal team is built of leaders with overlapping values and a strong, shared vision. I'm very good at what I do, but I'm not a ''Rockstar Ninja Engineer''. My technical aptitude is the direct result of people who have taken the time to coach and mentor me. To those who have invested your time, thank you; it has made all the difference.
