I am Enterprise Sales Manager for 8x8’s cloud-based communications platform as a service (CPaaS) division across A&NZ. I have over 15 years’ experience within sales roles across rapidly growing areas of the IT industry including the SaaS, fintech and digital industries. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting organisations with digital transformation at scale using embeddable communications and APIs. Over the course of my career, I have worked extensively with enterprise clients and partners throughout the Asia-Pacific region and Europe during which time I have designed new and innovative ways to approach digital customer experience and commerce across a broad scope of industries working for organisations including Whispir, Prospa, Pandora, LinkedIn and Yahoo.
