Leon is a seasoned business leader and professional coach having led multiple teams across banking, gaming and now fintech with notable success. He is an active thought leader in payments, digital financial services and leveraging data for customer service excellence. He is highly skilled in building high performing teams, business development, growth marketing, customer digital migration, stakeholder and crisis management.

He holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same University, a Diploma in Management Information Systems (IMIS) from Multimedia University and is currently pursuing a Global Diploma in Professional Coaching, an ICF Coaching Competency Model facilitated by CDI Africa.
