I am always driven by ambition, in the form of a constant quest for knowledge and the search for new ways of creating new opportunities. I am, by nature, prone to experiment with new technologies, take initiatives, brainstorm, conduct research and, more generally, innovate. This approach to the industry where I work is fundamentally driven by a great passion and interest in its contents and their great potential for innovation. Furthermore, I have the tendency to seek the optimal solution for a given problem, to improve the solutions adopted and refine constantly the skills learnt. Over time, both training and work experiences have led me to overcome perfectionism, and taught me how to implement effective and innovative solutions under pressing time and economic constraints. My work approach, besides drawing on a strong technical component, is largely characterised by a creative attitude driven by intuition. The reasons discussed above are what allow me to study and work in a spirit of self-denial, being able to sustain great stress level without this affecting the performance. I love to deal with challenges, in particular those arising from the development and application of the latest technologies.
