Seasoned Corporate Real Estate Executive with years of experience in New York and Asia, managing real estate portfolios for financial institutions including Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank. Significant experience in a strategic management role to drive change in the workplace from a concept all the way through to implementation - high-value location, flexible workspace, business partnering, and change management for megaprojects up to USD330M. Lerrence currently serves as the Head of Property for Standard Chartered Bank in cluster Hong Kong, Great Bay Area, Taiwan, GBS China, and Macau, managing a portfolio of 2MMsf offices, 130+ branches, data centers, Cash Vault, and ATMs network. Managing a team of 150 staff in driving the strategy, execution, and management of a portfolio of real estate, transactions, capital projects, facilities management, vendor management, security, health & safety, and sustainability. On top of current role as cluster head, Lerrence also took on additional responsibility as the Accountable Executive / Legal Representative for a SCB legal entity (100% SCBHK subsidiary) - Standard Chartered (Guangzhou) Business Management Co. Ltd (“SCBM”). SCBM is the property investment vehicle (“PIV”) to manage SCB’s pan-China properties across SCB China entities.
