An wise physician I once knew, a Jewish man born in Cairo, used to say when asked about his medley of backgrounds and interests, ''Well, I speak many languages.'' So too today, we speak many languages, bring multiple perspectives to this period of rapid socio-economic change. For me, the specific languages are business and anthropology. My passion is in combining words and numbers to vision and create new space. So many things have combined to make my small set of innovative new ventures possible - friends and colleagues worldwide. I am reminded always of this quote, attributed to Einstein: ''Coincidence is Gd's way of making small miracles seem like accidents.'' So onward we march, in galvanizing our series of non-accidents into meaningful achievement.
