Experienced COO with proven experience growing businesses in a number of verticals. Focused on driving shareholder value through building high performance teams. I've worked across a number of high growth technology businesses on SaaS and enterprise models, B2B and B2C, in both the UK and the US. I'm currently working with Candy Capital, advising across a number of their portfolio, including acting as COO for Betconnect, a new sports betting exchange. I've a passion for building high performance, cross functional teams - where everyone is pulling in the same direction. I do this through agile business planning, continuous OKR measurement, with a strong focus on culture, recruitment & talent development strategies. I'm motivated by building technology products and solutions that drive efficiency. A big part of this is around aligning technology teams with the client facing operation to ensure roadmap is value focused and teams are aligned behind client success strategy and growth goals. Ultimately, I'm a results-oriented, strategic leader, with an energetic “can do” attitude, focused on delivering shareholder value whilst maintaining a strong culture within the business.
