Let's connect! I'm always open to coffee chat or catch up, I'd love to hear what's new for you. THE WORK I PLAY IN My roots are in both the technology & start-up worlds. My passion for building businesses & creating sustainable change inspired me to create TribeL Consulting. This niche leadership consultancy has led to my long-standing partnership with BBD Software, where I operate as a director for the Netherlands business and manage their strategy and business development efforts in Europe. My experience in all things transformation ranges from large-scale cultural change and diversity program implementation to banking, strategy, and innovation with a specific focus on cloud, blockchain, AI, and platform technologies' impact on solution design, and my experience with business acceleration solutions has resulted in numerous client processes being streamlined and optimized. STARTUPS AND INNOVATION As a Board member and start-up mentor, I get to live my passion for innovation as a driver for success. Before moving to Belgium & founding TribeL, I was the Head of Rand Merchant Bank's FOUNDeRY - the Investment Bank's disruptive technology initiative focusing on cutting edge innovation. I have over a decade of experience working with start-ups. Initially in the FOUNDeRY, later as a mentor for StartIT@KBC's accelerator program, and most recently in the Thrive Project, where our team assists women founders in their growth journeys. I was previously chair of the advisory board for South African scale-up OneVault and sit on the advisory board of Kusudico, a South African artisanal retail venture. And excitingly our team at Mamor Capital have created an impact fund to invest in African Start-ups that are changing the digital landscape. INCLUSION IS AT MY CORE I am an active voice and champion for inclusion and women in business, and our TribeL team has created a unique program for women leaders and business founders called The Thrive Project to accelerate the development of women entrepreneurs. A CA(SA) by training, my career began in finance & consulting before I discovered my love of banking and innovation in London. In my spare time, I am a mom of a teenager, read anything I can, travel as much as possible, and occasionally make jam. Let's connect!
