Growing up my dad repeated the ''father to daughter'' cliche endlessly ''you can become whatever you want as long as you work hard, have focus and remember the brain is the same no matter the body''. Mission accomplished, I never forgot. Even though I didn`t end up as a ''bigshot'' in international brand building I ended up on ''my shelf'', Leader in the tech-industry, and role model for others. Interesting, and love how life just presents its self. I love that I have the opportunity to impact and empower people and businesses - every day. Adopting to change, challenge with wit and seeing success in people, the ecosystem and the market - makes it all so worth it. Along the way I learn, grow and change becoming more experienced, humble and brave - and dare to think bigger. The secret to my success is my ability to truly see people and their abilities, either they use them or not, and a portion of what my friends and family call ''portioned OCD'' I believe in balance, what that truly means is different for most of us, for me I love to hike in the mountains, sit around a bonfire in the woods or bake. If life throws me lemons I bake, baking gives me a profound peace of mind and gives me the energy to stay sharp. In my line of work you need to stay sharp and diverse, acceleration of change in the tech-industry is mind-blowing. I do my best - being the sum of experiences, inclusion, respect, competency, choices, honesty, transparency, belief in empowerment of people, brave enough to think big and different, be supportive and enable good ideas into action and result.
