Lindsay Wood has over 17 years experience in career education, work-integrated learning, and post-secondary instruction. As a champion for DEI and emotional intelligence, Lindsay demonstrates compassion in her work with students and believes having empathy for learners also ensures that students entering the classroom feel respected, included, and understood. She was the recipient of the ACE WIL BC Outstanding Service Award in 2020 and the KPU 2022 JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Award. Lindsay is a Business Instructor at KPU, has her MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University, a BA from the University of British Columbia and is EQ-I 2.0 certified.
