Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my page. My name is Lindsey, and I am an experienced technical recruiter with a background in the software and semiconductor space. My strengths include sourcing and placing top-technical talent, mentoring and developing team members, and leading interview training. I've established scalable sourcing practices from scratch and enjoy finding ways to become more effective at my job. I speak at conferences covering topics ranging from sourcing to the importance of mindfulness. I also moderate panels and conferences for SourceCon. When I'm not in front of my computer, I'm at the yoga studio, hiking, or writing at a coffee shop! When I'm up north, you can find me in my woodshop. I also manage Airbnbs and invest in real estate.
