I am passionate about working with clients by effectively turning big data into meaningful and measureable metrics. I have led teams and worked directly with clients including Citibank, VISA, Allstate, Paypal and smaller start-ups on measuring ROI across all their marketing efforts including media and one-to-one marketing. Currently hold my certification in Data Privacy and Security in the U.S. (CIPP) and Six Sigma Black Belt. As a Sales Executive and innovative thought leader, I successfully drive strategic revenue and lead integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions. I strive to coordinate sales strategy and team culture by optimizing overall performance of the sales teams and by building a culture that clearly understands the vision of an organization. I have successfully turned around many sales teams at Nielsen leading to double digit revenue growth. In addition I demonstrate expertise to establish and form new organizations and drive exponential revenue growth, EBITDA margins and market expansion. Most recently I have been consulting start-up companies in the Fintech, Media and AI spaces and I have been appointed to the Advisory Board of Tomobox, an artificial intelligence company. In addition, I have been leading commercial efforts for NCSolutions with Google and Facebook.
