I bring robust emerging market experience having worked with companies in 20 countries in Africa, Asia and the Caucuses. I am passionate about impact investing with significant expertise in financial inclusion, agribusiness, FMCG, energy services and online marketplaces. I am currently focused on investing in small and growing businesses in emerging markets with a ''gender lens'' to align investment with economic equality and meet the significant capital gap for high growth businesses.
