Bio

I have spent 25 years in the Manufacturing, Retail, eCommerce, Operations , Business and Personal Banking division of Financial Services environment in South Africa. My primary skill is to understand the broad Information Management & analytical landscape in the financial services arena. My experience ranges from data management, data-warehousing, focusing both the extraction and transformation of raw data into added-value decisional information and the presentation of that information to the end users, CRM, planning and development, org design, systems specification, selection and development, process analysis and optimisation, budgeting, performance management, to project management and general operational management. Due to my broad experience in these areas, I have the ability to see the bigger picture and to understand the impact of changing the dynamics in one area and what it will have on the other area. The past 10 years I have concentrated on Information Management, applying the DAMA principles.
