I am an advocate for change and transformation: Observing changing customer behavior and shaping the marketing organization to deliver an optimum customer experience. From the ideation of the MarTech stack required to support the experience with future proofed platforms managed and executed globally; underpinned by the processes required to deliver a consistant and compliant customer experience; and data driven campaigns that deliver on performance metrics. I built the current marketing organization from scratch and have since redesigned it into a symbiotic Global hub and Regional spoke organization of 200 marketers, with a focus on diversity, collaboration and communication. As one of the few female Leaders in the Company, I co-founded the Womens Network Employee Resource Group with over 1000 members & lead the Engagement arm of the Diversity Boost Project. And take an avid interest in Sustainability and Circular Economy. I am a regular speaker and moderator at events, conferences, podcasts on my three areas of specialization: Global and Cross Cultural Leadership; Digital Marketing Transformation and Sustainabilty/Gender Equality. I mentor many male and female colleagues and take a keen interest in imparting my knowledge and learning from them and being a role model to my two daughters. In my leisure time, I aim to constantly grow and learn, travel and explore.
