Regardless of what is said next, Black Lives Matter. I consider my role at this point to be ''Chief Continuous Learner''. We as a tech community, a society, and individuals have a lot of work to do. I am committed to doing that work, being self-directed in my learning, and listening to those who are willing to educate me. I know there is a better way, we just have to iterate and find it. :) -- Liz focuses on the most critical asset of an organization - its people. She has startup experience in Technical Recruiting and People Ops/HR and a MS from Northwestern in a hybrid program where she developed expertise in organizational development, organizational and social psychology, learning sciences, strategy, change management, coaching, and design thinking. As the people leadership partner at Sift, she is passionate about finding and enabling the best people on the planet to help the company on their mission to help everyone trust the internet. She relishes the challenge to continuously refine and scale the organization.
