I’m on a mission to create a world where Sci & Tech products are representative of the population that uses them. Growing up I wanted to be a scientist and doctor but due to the lack of representation, I didn’t think my dream was possible. Instead, I pursued a career in corporate America and after working at Fortune 500 companies I found the courage to pursue that childhood dream of changing the world. While completing my B.S. in Biochemistry I realized that once again I lacked representation, having no Latina STEM professor. All of these experiences ultimately led me to start Every POINT ONE, a public benefit corporation that helps innovative science & technology leaders create guided and actionable Policies using our Standards to create an inclusive, diverse, ethical and unbiased organization.
