I am a catalyst for converting chaos into cash, considerately, for executive/board/founders/entrepreneurs experiencing business disruption. I have a track record of successfully converting disruptive challenges into goal aligned solutions in a responsible manner. I have overseen a range of activities, such as surfacing value propositions from company visions or designing employee-centric organisational models which promote professional growth. For example: • I have achieved the immediate quarter growth KPIs for a global organisation by streamlining tasks during a divisional restructure. • I saved nearly a quarter of profits on a high risk project by testing and deploying a mitigation strategy within a rapidly scaling start-up. • I connected my direct employees’ competencies to company objectives, resulting in a doubling of department promotions and a positive impact on individuals. My proven successes leading cross functional teams, delivering world class work has been recognised by The Academy / BAFTA and Emmy Award bodies. Regardless of the accolades, I will always be doing things where I get to stretch my thinking, views or capabilities. To keep my perspective fresh, I wanted to hear stories from experts outside the mainstream across the emerging technology entertainment field. To do this, I created Culture in the Craft podcast. I have been running it for 5 years. I also work to be amongst the conversation. If I can bring my unique angle to a discussion, I even accept invitations to speak on topics where positive social solutions, future technologies and venture capital intersect. To keep stacking my skills, I contribute to speculative futures projects with my peers. An example being providing vocals for the world’s first responsive VR experience driven by biometrics called Strata.
