I currently serve as the Managing Director of Cisco Security Sales and Engineering, and lead the EMEAR security sales specialists organization across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia. In this role, I am responsible for creating and delivering the security strategy and sales growth, along with ensuring that our global customers remain secure and protected in a constantly evolving threat landscape. Each year, I have had the privilege of engaging with many leaders in the enterprise, public sector, service provider and partner led markets, which has enabled us to transform organisations with innovative technologies from Cisco, securely. I am driven by the desire to build strong relationships with our customers, and as such am an advocate for strong leadership , coupled with effective execution. Prior to this role, I led the Services business for Central Europe, and since joining Cisco 21 years ago in Germany, I have held numerous leadership positions in Cisco in Germany and Central Europe. I am a keen observer of life-changing technology. Throughout my career, I have thoroughly enjoyed playing my part in enabling Cisco to transform businesses, cultures and societies, whether on a digital or social scale. I am proud to be an active ambassador for inclusion and am a big believer in the true power of diverse teams. I hold an MBA from VWA Stuttgart, Germany. When time allows, I enjoy traveling, arts, skiing, biking, hiking and Yoga.
