Thanks for stopping by my profile and your interest in Cherry Ventures. I love my job because I get to work with the smartest & hard-working founders, partnering with them to scale and grow their business globally. I am personally passionate about data, transparency, equality, and diversity, helping our founders foster an environment where everyone feels they belong, and fortunate I work for a company with cultures and values that align with mine. I get excited about using data to aid strategic decision-making, advising on operational excellence, process optimization, and performance improvement, ultimately leading to business excellence within our portfolio companies. I am based in Berlin, Germany with experience living and/or working globally in the US, Europe, Asia, Latin America, UAE, and CIS. So a little about me, the first half of my career I was working within executive search, having spent my early career with global search firms in the investment banking & high-tech sectors before running my own agency for 7 years. Here I was fortunate to have worked with some incredible organizations on global remits specializing in all things technology and internet-based across developed and emerging markets. The second half of my career has all been in-house, helping companies in hyper-growth attract and retain top talent, managing recruitment teams of up to 80, recruitment operation best practice, talent management, and workforce planning.
