Leading FinTech and FSI Innovation at Deloitte UK & Europe and as a Vice Chair at Deloitte UK, I work across the FinTech ecosystem: the Financial Services Industry, government bodies, regulators, advisors, VCs and the broader FinTech community. I am passionate about the role of Fintech for Good; financial inclusion; female financial equality and promoting local FinTech excellence on the global stage. I am a senior partner in Deloitte Digital with 20+ years’ experience provoking thinking (thought leadership), understanding what and why (strategy development), getting to know who (digital and customer analytics) and learning how (innovation) to create value for clients, their customers and society. In addition to my role at Deloitte, I am Chair of TheCityUK's Technology and Innovation Group, Board Member of The ScaleUp Institute and represent Deloitte on a number of external bodies including Innovate Finance and the City of London FinTech Strategy Group and TheCityUK's China Market Access FinTech Group. I’m proud to be recognised on the Women in FinTech Powerlist and as sponsor of the Fintech for Schools initiative with Innovate Finance, and to have led the National Connectivity workstream of HM Treasury’s FinTech Strategic Review.
